This document, prepared by OneNet, Oklahoma’s Telecommunications Network, constitutes a “Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure” as that term is defined in the Year 2000 Information and Readiness Disclosure Act (S.2392, 105th Congress, 2nd Session).
OneNet
is firmly committed to ensuring that its network and contracted vendors
are “Year 2000” compliant. To achieve this goal, our mission critical
systems and network components have been put through a series of processes
that include - inventory, assessment, remediation, modification and
implementation - to ensure their readiness for the date change. OneNet
has taken the appropriate steps needed to avoid disruption to our customers.
All equipment and software are in compliance with the manufacturer's
specifications as they relate to Y2K readiness. This will assure continuity
of mission critical services before, during and after the crossover
to the year 2000.
OneNet's
network components, hardware and software, are “Year 2000” ready. This
means that they will not produce errors processing date data in connection
with the year change from December 31, 1999 to January 1, 2000, provided
that:
all
products (including software products) not delivered by or licensed
from OneNet and used with the Software, properly exchange date and
data,
the
software is used under normal conditions and in accordance with
the documentation, information and advice provided by OneNet.
the
client/buyer has installed the latest software update or Software
corrections offered and supplied by OneNet and creating functional
ability to handle conversion to the twenty-first century.
To further insure continuity in OneNet’s business processes during the 2000 crossover, OneNet will have a Y2K command center set up that will proactively check critical systems.
Pursuant
to the Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure Act, this Website, and
all Year 2000 statements included within this Website, are hereby
designated as Year 2000 Readiness Disclosures.
